My in-laws were 'done in' by a local 'handyman' whereby they spent all their savings in trying to fix their leaking roof. Even though Dr. Roof was inundated with calls and working at all hours of the day, they still had time to assist them with their problem. Their work was clean,  tidy and staff friendly, courteous, knowledgeable  and  approachable. I can truly say that they have shown compassion in how they operate, both personally and professionally. In n era waar almal net negatiewe kommentaar lewer is dit inderdaad vir my n plesier om n positiewe terugvoer te kan gee oor Dr Roof. Vanaf die eerste kontak waarna ons n paar keer moes uitstel oor die weer, tot die afhandeling  van die werk was dit net n plesier om met hulle te werk.
